By taking part in this course, you will gain a modelling culture and learn the different skills required for building agent-based models (ABMs) applied to sociological, ecological, or socio-ecological systems. MISS-ABMS promotes a collaborative practice of modelling and simulation, is multi-platform (NetLogo, GAMA and Cormas), presents the different stages of an ABM process, with a focus on model design and implementation, offers a significant time for group work to design and implement an ABM

Gama Days 2024 will be taking place from November 13 to 15, 2024.

This is a free, online event where users and developers of the GAMA platform can share their work and collaborate. We welcome submissions of short (2 pages) or long (6 pages) abstracts on topics such as new features, tool coupling, models, tutorials, and live demos.

At CoMSES.Net, we are seeing a growing number of models using GAMA. This is a great opportunity to present some of your works and learn more about GAMA modelling. The event is hosted online by Unit for Mathematical and Computer Modeling of Complex Systems, France (UMMISC).

This 2-week summer school is about learning the different skills required for building agent-based models for renewable resources management. The first week focuses on general background lectures and learning of UML and platforms. The second week is dedicated to the design and implementation of a model on a platform. The various models built by the different groups are then presented to all the participant at the ned of the training session.
